We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from TV Stick, but if you wish to return it to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Be assured your order is subject to your rights of cancellation pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

TV Stick products may be returned for any reason for a full refund, as long as you contact us within seven days from the date of delivery and the product remains in 'as new' condition with all the original packaging. We will then provide you with an RMA number and details of the return address for your return. Please do not return any products without prior notification and an RMA number. Goods returned without prior notification may be returned to you, or subject to a restocking fee of £10.00. This restocking fee also applies to non-faulty returns requested after the seven day return notification period.

If the product is faulty or we have made an error, we will refund your return postage costs, if it is not faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us. When sending a return, the product is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you send it using Royal Mail Second Class 'Recorded Signed' post.

Warranty

Should a fault develop with the product within the six months of ownership, please contact customer support at: techsupport@tvstick.co.uk for replacement or repair. Please quote your transaction number together with details of the fault and we will then advise you how to proceed.
